 Learn everything you need to know to overhaul your current programming based on Classic/Golden Era principles in a 12 Week Crash Course and receive continued guidance for a full year.  Get more education, more teaching, more program options, and continue to refine your new lifestyle.  Can be adapted to any training situation, bodyweight, free weight, machine weight, and mix of modalities. At home or in gym. ANY situation can be accommodated.


Learn how to strength train with INTENSITY to cause the stimulus for change, REST/RECOVER for adaptation and growth, and learn how EAT (not diet) to fuel performance and recovery using portion sizing and your own body's biofeedback! Tried and true!


1 Year Classic/Golden Era Programs Teaching/Coaching includes learning the Classic/Golden Era Methods:


Method 1 (Week 1-4): Single Set HIT Training w/time-based sets


Method 2: (Week 5-8): Single Set HIT Training w/rep-based sets (transition into volume style approach)


Method 3 (Week 9-12): Metabolic Super/Tri-Set Training with rep-based sets (volume impact approach)


Regular guidance and programming after the 12 Week introduction period for as long as you need.  Get more education, more teaching, more program options, and continue to refine your new lifestyle.  You get it all, including any new and old programs) and teaching of the Classic Methods for 1 Year.
