Classic/Golden Era 30 Day Program Overhaul

Method 1 (Week 1-4): Single Set HIT Training w/time-based sets


Method 2 (Week 5-8): Single Set HIT Training w/rep-based sets (transition into volume)


Method 3 (Week 9-12): Metabolic Super/Tri-Set Training with rep-based sets (volume impact)
